Same-day Pizza Dough Recipe

Ingredients:

โ€ข4 cups flour (I use all-purpose because thatโ€™s what most people have on hand)
โ€ข2 teaspoons fine sea salt (regular salt will do the trick)
โ€ข1 teaspoon instant yeast
โ€ข2 cups lukewarm water

How to:

โ€ขwhisk together the flour, salt, and yeast in a large bowl
โ€ขadd the water
โ€ขmix until combined and a sticky ball is formed
โ€ขpour a drop or two of oil over top and rub with your hands to coat
โ€ขcover the bowl with plastic wrap and set aside in a warm spot to rise for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, or until the dough has doubled *we turn the light on in our oven and leave it in there to rise
โ€ขgenerously flour your work surface, the dough is very wet, so donโ€™t hesitate to use flour as needed
โ€ขdump the dough onto floured surface and use a bench scraper to cut into 4 equal portions
โ€ขroll dough balls
โ€ขcover with a bowl or plastic wrap and let rest for 30 minutes
โ€ขready to use!
