Cinnamon Buns anyone?!

We put it to the test while making these delicious cinnamon buns and wanted to share our recipe with you.
Cinnamon Buns
- 1/2 cup oil
- 3 cups milk
- 2 Tbsp instant yeast
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 5 - 8 cups of flour
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 Tbsp cinnamon
Directions:
- Mix above ingredients together in order
- Let the dough rise for 1 hour
- Split the dough into 2 pieces and roll them both out
- Melt butter and pour on top of the rolled out dough, follow with sugar and cinnamon
- Roll it up and cut into pieces
- Let the pieces rise in a deep dish for 1 hour
Sauce:
- 2 cups cream
- 2 cups brown sugar
- Pinch of baking soda
- Whisk the sauce together over high heat until it boils
- Pour sauce over cinnamon buns after they are done rising for the second time
- Bake at 350 for 20 minutes
