Refund policy
Customer satisfaction is very important to Atlas Steel Co. If you are unhappy with your product(s), please contact us.
If any of your items have been found defective, you have a 30 day period (from shipment date) to contact us for a replacement. This applies to any item that arrives to the customer with deficiencies in material or workmanship when cared for according to the provided instructions and put to normal household use.
Please note: Minor imperfections, surface markings and slight colour variations are normal and will not affect the performance of the product. As steel patinas, these surface blemishes, imperfections will become unnoticeable.
If you have simply changed your mind about the product and have not used it, you have a 14 day period (from delivery date) to ship it back to us and be refunded the price of the product, less any amounts Atlas Steel Co. paid to have the item shipped to you. The price to ship back falls on the customer.
*We do not offer returns or exchanges or returns on custom orders. Custom orders are final sale.
