How to bake PIZZA on your ATLAS STEEL this video I will show you how I use my Atlas Steel baking steel to bake a perfect pizza in my home oven. This is the entire baking process from start to finish. Take a look!

A few key points:
*Always preheat your baking steel for 45-60 minutes (I do this at 500 degrees for pizzas)
*Make sure your pizza slides on your pizza peel before putting it into the oven to prevent any incidents (use parchment paper if you're unsure of your slide)
*Try broiling at the beginning, this really helps pop the crust!
