•4 cups flour (I use all-purpose because that’s what most people have on hand)
•2 teaspoons fine sea salt (regular salt will do the trick)
•1 teaspoon instant yeast
•2 cups lukewarm water

How to:

•whisk together the flour, salt, and yeast in a large bowl
•add the water
•mix until combined and a sticky ball is formed
•pour a drop or two of oil over top and rub with your hands to coat
•cover the bowl with plastic wrap and set aside in a warm spot to rise for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, or until the dough has doubled *we turn the light on in our oven and leave it in there to rise
•generously flour your work surface, the dough is very wet, so don’t hesitate to use flour as needed
•dump the dough onto floured surface and use a bench scraper to cut into 4 equal portions
•roll dough balls
•cover with a bowl or plastic wrap and let rest for 30 minutes
•ready to use!

*makes 4  10”ish pizzas
Bake on your Atlas Steel Co. baking pizza steel, and enjoy!
