This is the MOTHER of all burger presses! The handle is 7/8" thick, which was recently redesigned this year to offer the best press out there!
Adding a bit of pressure with a heavy duty steel press to your burgers helps to squeeze out all those tasty juices that are locked inside.
When you press the burger down, this allows more of the burger patty to connect with the heat. That allows the amino acids and sugars to react. Who knew there was a scientific piece to this?!
