Exactly what I wanted

I use this to make Neapolitan pizza in my kamado and NY-style pizza in my indoor oven. The 16" circle fits perfectly in a standard size Kamado such as a Large Big Green Egg, a Kamado Joe Classic or a Char Griller Akorn. Years ago I purchased a competing product, a Baking Steel 16" Kamado, to make pizza at a relative's house. It worked well for pizza so I decided to buy one for myself. But Baking Steel products have gone up in price to an absurd degree, so I wanted to find an alternative at a better price. The Atlas 360 perfectly fits the bill. It's the perfect weight (about 15 lbs) and it has a sandblasted surface that makes the steel *very* easy to season (it's also made in Canada, eh). I've made naan and NY-style pizza in my kitchen oven and Neapolitan pizza in my Kamado Joe Classic III. Everything has turned out well and my Atlas 360 is now perfectly seasoned after 3 uses. I would definitely buy this again and will surely be recommending Atlas products to friends and family.

Pizza steel

This company is the best to deal with! I needed to get this pizza steel in a hurry for a birthday gift, I contacted them and it was shipped immediately on a Sunday! I will definitely be buying again. And it’s Canadian!
