Canada CanadaI'm adding this review to clarify the size of the 14" peel. I don't have the 16" peel to do the same but hopefully Atlas will update their website with more complete dimensions for all peels soon. Actual peel size should read more like this: 14" wide x 12" long, total length with handle 20". I ordered the 14" peel not realizing the actual 'surface' size only had 12" in length, which is unfortunately undersized for my needs. I'll now have to shop around locally for a larger peel as the cost of shipping to return or exchange the peel with Atlas doesn't make sense (not their fault -- shipping ain't cheap). Hopefully this review will help someone else choose the right size for their needs.
