CanadaI was in the market for an oven steel and after doing my research I’m glad I decided on purchasing from Atlas Steel Co. I purchased “The Beast” because I envisioned future me making gorgeous 16’ artisan pizzas. Also, Go Big or Go Home. Shipping was speedy and when it arrived I was impressed by the beautiful build quality. This steel is well crafted and has a nice hefty weight. I must admit I was slightly concerned it wouldn’t fit inside my oven. Fortunately the dimensions were spot on! I removed one of the wire racks in my oven, and slid the steel right into the notches. Perfect fit! The steel comes with instructions on how to season, maintain, and care for your new oven baby. Bonus is a recipe for same day pizza dough. I’ve used the steel once so far and it works flawlessly. Crunchy crispy crust. Nice even cook. A++ I’d highly recommend treating yourself to “The Beast”.
