Absolutely perfect

I bought it because the baking steel to fit the Anova oven was sold out on the bakingsteel website, and this was sized for the Anova oven, from Canada in CAD so quite a bit less $$, and in stock. I couldn't be happier - it works amazingly well for pizzas and sourdough breads.
