I have used a plastic pastry sheet for years, and hated it - It was never flat, and just a pain to use. This pastry dough board is likely the best baking helper anyone could have. Firstly it stays cool when the dough is rolled out on it, and I’m finding I have to use less flour to roll out pastry. Perfectly sized, stays put, and easy to clean. Exceptional! Should be in every serious bakers kitchen!
Much lighter than marble and easier to store. Will last forever. Able to use with very little extra flour on board. Cleans well. Very satisfied. Highly recommend.
