Game changer for homemade pizza!

This was a present from my wife and it has absolutely upped the quality of my homemade pizza! Everyone who has tried my pizza baked on the Atlas steel swears they are having a slice of authentic New York City pizza. Baked in the middle of my oven at 550’F with convection and it’s perfect every time.
