Since purchasing the pro model 14x16" I've been able to make the best home made pizzas I've ever had. (Both conventional and pan pizzas). The ability to hold that extra heat on the bottom makes a massive difference. Yes it's a bit of an investment, but it saved me from buying a pizza oven. Thank you Atlas Steel!
CanadaThe steel makes amazing pizza! I have used it twice in the last week since it arrived. It also comes with a great crust recipe. Also fantastic customer service - I had asked a question about using it on a charcoal grill and I received an answer in 15 minutes (Answer: you can use it on the grill). The scratches on the scratched version were minor and had no effect whatsoever on the use of the steel.
