So far I’m making the most amazing pizzas with the Atlas steel. I’m excited to see how far it will take me as my pizza stone only lasted a year and kept smoking out my home! But loving the results so far!!!
I am so glad that I made the switch from a stone to this steel. Much less maintenance and the cooking time is slightly faster. I get an even bake and my pizzas are deliciously crispy! Product came swiftly and as advertised. Do recommend!

Works great for pizza, and I'm using it mostly for making fresh naan and it's fantastic! Closest you can get to a tandoor without a big investment. Would recommend to anyone interested in making flatbreads or pizza.

I had seen baking steels like this one from similar companies in the US but thought they were too expensive. When I finally found Atlas Steel through IG and that it was Canadian owned it was a sign! I am so happy I finally have a top quality baking steel to make beautiful and delicious pizzas, amongst other things!
