The steel made a big difference in the pizza. No more soggy, soft, colourless crust. Also, this inspired me to learn dough making and stretching. Love it!
This steel is awesome. It isn't textured like stainless but has more pores in it similar to cast iron. This allows it to take a great layer of seasoning similar to carbon steel pans. Really fantastic for pizza making. Gets a way better crust than pizza stones and much more durable. Also better price than equivalent steels from other brands.
Using the steel has definitely upped my pizza game. Im mostly using it for pan pizza's right now with a final bake on the steel to crisp the bottom. Super happy with my purchase and would recommend it.
